About Dansville

Dansville is a rural community conveniently located within 15 minutes of most commuter destinations in southeastern Michigan. Its economy is supported small business, agriculture research and production. The community is school and family-centered, offering a high level of support from parents and citizens for the school and its efforts.

The K-12 school system offers the best of small and large school settings, in that each student is known personally by the staff while being exposed to a wide variety of educational opportunities. These opportunities include wide participation in advanced placement and dual enrollment courses as well as attendance at the Wilson Talent Center. Our outstanding teachers, one-of-a-kind STEAM program, significant technology integration, and beautiful facilities make Dansville Schools very unique and particularly outstanding.

Please call the elementary office at 623-6120, ext. 7226, to set up a time to meet with the principal and have a tour of our building. At that time you will fill out enrollment papers and other forms for your child.

You will need to bring with you: your child’s certified birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of residency (copy of a utility bill, purchase agreement, tax record, etc.).
